High branches on trees on council land encroaching on private property

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7674859.
Branches and shrubs encroaching over private property causing ongoing issue particularly with debris form needle drop but also bird poo, damaging driveway of private residence. Issue has been present a while and homeowner has lived with it but continued growth now means council needs to do some maintenance and cut back branches. Also causing issue blocking access to path and bridleway that runs adjacent.
