Embankment subsidence

I have reported this once before, the embankment is unstable and calapsing on to the footpath, the people that cut the grass won’t take thee cutters through to cut the grass in the corner by the garages, it’s a mess the grass needs cutting badly, two people came out to cut the grass, said they would be back on the Monday, that was two weeks ago . The embankment I have had a report back saying the work has been completed it hasn’t , nothing has been done reference 7220466. This is has been looked at by several people from the council who agree it needs sorting by the highways department, please fix it ASSP .
