Street lamp outside front of 24 not working and hasn’t since I moved here in march also one at the back of 23 abbey view not worked since march , I live at 24 lady next door says she reported it but it is pitch black at night time and not safe for my elderly neighbours at no 23

  • We have inspected this issue. We have found that underground works have damaged one of our underground cables. We will put the require works for to be programmed and rectify this fault.

  • The light out the front of my house has been fixed but the other one apparently still not fixed issue with a cable .i moved here end of march and my neighbours told me it had been broken for quite a while then

  • Thank you for yor report. We have investigated this fault and found that there is an underground supply issue. We will repair this fault as soon as we can. We will update this report when we have further information. There is no need to make another report regarding this issue.
