Kerb Outside Pure Plants Shop, 22 Market Place, opposite Small World Cafe

The kerb is uneven and a trip hazard leading straight onto a narrow and treacherous road, where cars coming from both directions only have one lane. Council workers have come and tried to fix this several times, cheaply using cement and every time it gets broken up within a short space of time by cars driving over it. See photos. I have had to move the broken cement to the side of the path so this does not cause a trip hazard. Please could the council come and fix this properly by relaying the kerb and paving stones, not just shoving cement down which looks unsightly and does not last.
