A Trees in public parks and open spaces problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7601017.

Trees in the woodland area of county hall one of the trees has been destroys and all the bark has been cut all off. Someone has left a back pack hanging from there and tools to destroy the trees and loads of rubbish left from kids who have been hanging about.
