Overgrown shrubbery restricting view for pedestrians and road users

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7565271.

When crossing the road via the public footpath the view is restricted so that you can't see vehicles on the roundabout. As the crossing is at the exit of the roundabout there have been several occasions when I have started to cross only for a vehicle to exit the roundabout necetating for me to either jump back on the footpath or run across the road to prevent being hit. The vehicles are travelling at speed so there is not much time go react.
