The hedge along this road hasn't been cut for 2 years now and is very overgrown. Previously we think a local farmer may have been maintaining it but as it's not on farm land there is no obligation for them to do this. It's blocking light into our garden and if it gets much bigger will be very difficult to reduce its size.
