Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7564722.

Back of 4th avenue garages fly tipping been reported also shrubs need cutting blocking light behind the homes of jubilee court loads of rats as fence is down and hasn't been fixed has been reported last year but nothings been done council worker had sent photos but has been left
