Very large trees in NCC properties that have not been maintained and now are extremely tall, block light and worried about roots damaging my foundations

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7563727.
This is the 3rd or 4th time I have raised this issue. Both trees are on NCC property and have not been maintained. One of the properties is occupied by a disabled person and the council cut her grass however the trees in the back gardens have been left to grow so large that they now block sunlight from all the neighbouring properties. The other tree is so large there is a worry about damage to the foundations of my house because of the roots.
