Overgrown Pampas grass on council land opposite 16a pecket close flat

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7557424.

The pavement opposite the above address has an overgrown pampas grass which lies over the footpath and when I tried to walk on the path my foot got caught and I fell over and cut both my knees and bruised my thigh I also went back when I recovered and tripped again I thought it was just a curb but there is no curb there and a woman passing told me it is the pampas grass and it is leathal stuff and cannot cut it back with normal gardening tools could you please dig it out or trim it back to stop further tripping I have taken photos of my knees to prove my injuries thank you
