Fly Tipping- now attracting rats

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7555105.

Builders waste has been dumped as well as buckets- waste is 3ft high piled up.

Previously been reported but nothing done- can this be collected and resolved please?
