Hazardous raised crossing

The raised area of this crossing is extremely high with sharp tapered edging causing vehicles to strike the road way if driven at more than walking pace, there is no advanced warning of this change in road level and if vehicles strike this at the speed limit they are likely to cause damage to their vehicles or lose control of their vehicles altogether. This needs to be either removed or have advanced warnings and highlighted on the road way
