Overflowing dog waste bin

Dog bags have been left on the ground because the bin is full. Please get the bin emptied. This is causing a health hazard. Maybe a bigger bin is needed.

In my opinion there are far too many dogs, and too many owners who don’t clear up. I would like councils to be able to impose a levy on all households who keep dogs to cover the cost of providing bins and to pay for dog wardens. As a none dog owner I do not wish to subsidise the provision and emptying of dog bins.
