Split in road surface accompanied by a pothole

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7532895.

Immediately on the turn off up the A68 from the roundabout heading South, the road surface has an approximate 4m split in the road and at the centre is a pothole which goes beyond the substrata of the road. How you cannot locate this is a mystery.
