Car blocking public footpath

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7512287.

Car outside number 13 leaside Halton lea gate vauxhall astra is parked fully on the footpath blocking so public can't get past and have to go onto the road. This has been on going for a while even if park half on the footpath it would be alot saver.
