Stone wall collapsed onto public footpath
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 16:08, Tuesday 29 April 2025
Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7499774.
A stone wall has collapsed onto the public footpath and is causing an obstruction. This has been like this for over three years and is getting worse. Originally the tree moved during heavy winds. This has now been removed as it was deemed unsafe, however the wall remains.

This is the state of the wall now. The vegetation is now pushing more of it onto the public footpath which is difficult to negotiate. There is a pinch point in the road making it very unsafe when tractors and large vehicles travel through the village as pedestrians are pushed onto the road.
