Cars parked on double yellows obstructing view of road

Cars are regularly parking on the double yellow lines next to the market cross monument. They do not have a Blue Badge so should not be parking here. The cars are obstructing the view of traffic when pedestrians are crossing over the road from the market cross towards St Andrews Church. Cars and buses travel at speed along Middle Street and it is not safe for vulnerable pedestrians to cross over here, as they cannot see what is coming along the road and vehicles cannot see them. It’s worse especially at busy periods like the weekend when visitors are popping in to the local bakers which is also clogging up the market place with their outdoor seating. This is an ongoing issue, please can the traffic warden visit more regularly.
