I shall be making a formal complaint against NCC as I am sick and tired of your replies and I quote: Great news, we are pleased to tell you your report has now been resolved. All necessary actions have been taken to resolve this issue.

Northumberland County Council I have reported this several times and would like to know when this will be finally cleaned up? The whole of second avenue is an utter shambles.
