Gates dangerous as collapsed

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7477158.

Gates next to cattle grid at ingram farm,( passed houses on right & left )in a dangerous state. Collapsed on me when trying to open (I was riding my horse & got off to open Gates.
