Large diseased/dead elm tree on the lane verge.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7476201.

This is the third report since last summer of a large diseased/dead elm tree on the roadside verge (not in a private garden). The issue has previously been closed without resolution. However, the tree is still in situ - close to the public highway and overhead power cables. It can be readily identified as the only tree not in leaf. Please send someone to inspect this.
