Completely loose manhole cover.

I have just recently noticed that the manhole cover on the grass between Appletree Lane and the path behind the houses at the bottom end of Crofts Avenue (Corbridge), is completely loose. The frame the manhole cover sits in should be fixed with concrete, as the others are, but it has all gone and there is no sign of it anywhere. When I found it the frame had shifted and the corner was not resting on anything. If a child or other person had stood on it, it would have flipped and they would have fallen through. I have moved it back so it is resting on the brick surround, but if it is knocked somehow it would become a hazard again. This needs fixing ASAP.
