Delivery driver in a white Mercedes Sprinter WP69UVL dumped his rubbish on the side of the public highway, I confronted him demanded he pick it back up! This completely unacceptable behaviour & I expect you to deal with in an appropriate manor, our countryside is littered with peoples rubbish.
