Manhole cover open on grass beside house no 1 Solingen Est

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7440108.

The base of the manhole cover next to garage no 4 Solingen Est is not secure.Someone keeps moving it leaving the manhole uncovered. It needs securing thanks.Someone could fall down the hole especially in the dark. I attempted to phone the problem in but the phones were busy.
