A Potholes problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7439661.
Call to customer service to advise pot holes have not been looked at on Newton Terrace caller advising issues are much worse there is hardly any tarmac left on road. Issues is worse from number 1 all the way to 11. Caller believes whole road needs re surfaced. Previously reported under FMS case ref 7278837

Thanks You for your report. This does not meet the Councils criteria for a pothole repair. Northumberland County Council will instruct repairs on hazardous defects once a depth of ≥40mm and ≥300mm wide in any direction is assessed on a road. For a footway we will instruct repairs at an intervention level of ≥ 20mm. Each report is risk assessed by our Highways Inspection team up inspection.
