Enviromental health issue / rats etc

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7439261.

Mainly back garden and some at front.Back garden is covered with rubbish. Old sofa / fridge freezer / also a variety of rubbish everywhere / which could cause rats and other vermin. This has been like this for over a year . There is also some rubbish out the front of the house.
