Non-compliance with Planning Permission

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7438674.
When planning permission was granted (16/04428/DISCON) this company had to provide 10 parking bays for customers and 9 parking bays for staff. This was never done or enforced and both customers and staff park park on the pavement thereby blocking save passage for pedestrians.
