  • Hello Patricia, so the team have been a couple of times but due to parked cars the team have not been able to park or get access. With the tree teams van being a large 7.5 ton van they have not been able to get close enough. Have you had the drainage pipes inspected? I was wondering if there is plans to get them replaced or fixed. Northumbrian water can carry out root extraction from the drains.
