Pot holes and poor road conditions

The road is full of potholes and some potholes that have been filled already have been over filled so not level, we have an elderly neighbour that has mobility trouble and uses a mobility aid but is afraid to leave the house incase falls. I have had to replace 2 springs on my car and I have only lived on this road since December and I do not drive fast along the road.
