Long grass

The area opposite the long fence of my house and opposite the front of my house the grass has not been cut yet the grass cures have been so I can only assume the areas have been forgotten about. I reckon 18 ind high now. Have a look a the photo along side my fence where strip of long grass has been left, that needs to be cut I can’t believe your guys think that’s acceptable.
