Lose curbs along one side of entire of street

I do wish NCC would READ the complaint properly.

IT ALL the curbs and the path need lifting and PROPERLY REPAIRED or REPLACED THAT MEANS THE WHOLE STREET NOT JUST THE LITTLE FEW THAT ARE OBVIOUSLY LOOSE THERE ARE MORE THAT THE ONES THAT NCC HAVE BEEN AND MARKED IN THE LAST HOUR or TWO THAT ARE NOT OBVIOUSLY LOSE BUT DO MOVE
SO TO REPEAT MYSELF
Its like bloody musical curds stones down this street, the curbs have been repaired so many times, by BLOODY COWBOYS,that I've lost count.
What with the lazy arse- holes in delivery vans and pickups and those from that community center in the old School as well RAT RUNNING the street to avoid traffic lights on Alexander Rd/3rd Avenues it's not a bloody joke, coming up onto the curbs and sometime the full, 2ft 6in of the path, to pass residents vehicle's it BLOODY DANGEROUS to walk on the path not to mention the excessive speeds used in this narrow street.
ALL THE CURBS A SR LOOSE NOT JUST TGHE OBVIOUS ONES THAT YOUR MUPPET WITH THE PAINT SPRAY TRIPPED OVER
