Crack in paving stones which is making bath unsafe, also it dips when stood on.

Issue is on footpath outside 16 Waring Ave, cracked and unsafe paving stones. This has been an issue for approx 3 wks since recent work has been carried out in relation to broadband wire installation. New paving stones replaced by openreach have not been done properly.
