Stupid, Illegal and Dangerous Car Parking

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7410941.

The parking along 200m either side of the Hirst Park School on 3Rd is bloody ridiculous especially at LAZY BRAT DELIVERY & COLLECTION times total ignoring nof YELLOW SCHOOL KEEP CLEAR, disabled or blue badge IS NOT EXEMPT in fact THE HIGHWAY CODE RULE 243 "Like other road users, you must obey the rules of the road, as laid out in the Highway Code. Places where you cannot park School ‘keep clear’ markings during the hours shown on a yellow no-stopping plate." but blue bagged cars totally ignore it.

In addition to the stopping on the School Keep Clear markings here's time when it like a bloody salam trying to get up or down 3rd avenue with cars parked all over, including the middle of the bloody road.

BUT does anything get done about this by NCC, NO then WHY NOT because, ah yes it's before the clocking on time of the Civil Enforcement Officers, that's why BUT NOT THE POLICE so there is NO EXCUSE from NCC as to why NOTHING is done.
