Dangerous Parking

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7410770.

Some idiot is parking in such a way as to make it very difficult in bordering danger of a collision with that car or the other one parked on the opposite side of the road on Third avenue so close to the Traffic Flow restrictor Island near the school and the ends of the houses

  • We confirm it is the role of our enforcement team to ensure that motorists adhere to the rules and regulations as specified in our Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs). A Civil Enforcement Officer (CEO) who witnesses a vehicle parked in contravention of a TRO will issue a PCN to that vehicle. Our CEO's work varied shifts, and operate a beat system, which means they cover different areas on different days on a rota basis, it may not always be possible for a CEO to visit this location daily, however, we have notified them of the issues you have raised, and have asked them to patrol the area as often as resources allow.
