I previously reported 7384206.

THE MATTRESS IS ONTO THE STREET AND BLOCKING THE PUBLIC FOOTPATH. THIS IS ALSO A POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD HOW WAS IT NOT THE COUNCIL'S RESPONSIBILITY TO REMOVE THE MATTRESSES THAT ARE DUMPED NCC ARE AN UTTER DISGRACE!
