Hedge encrothing on footpath

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7399596.

2 adults and 1 child can't walk safely on footpath as hedge at number 1 windy gyle so over grown. Also on entrance to windy gyle is a bush with very large spikes on it a child or pet may lose an eye if not careful when passing.
