Furniture and rubbish fly tipped

Furniture and rubbish has been dumped outside the council’s Langley Avenue flats. This was reported back in February but nothing has been removed. More furniture has been added over the last week. This is from the ‘gardens’ of the flats. Rats have been seen amongst the items. This has now become a health hazard.
