The rear yard of 129 Wensleydale terrace currently has what appears to be household rubbish , carpets, furniture & other rubbish … it has been there several weeks , I believe the property is empty , perhaps you can locate the landlord and have them remove it as rats are on the increase around here, most of the rear backyards of the flats there have differing amounts of rubbish in them , it seems to me that the landlords need to be informed so that they can sort it out .

The properties at the end of our back lane , ie several properties from the hairdressers upwards which I believe are owned by unscrupulous landlords and the residents within these properties have yards filling up with detritus that should be disposed off in the appropriate manner , since my contact one in particular is getting fuller with rubbish daily , there is no maintenance on the properties by tenants or landlords in some of the properties which is creating a rat problem … why are you not contacting the relevant landlords ? The tenants in some of the property’s have clear issues that are dealt with on a regal basis by our police& paramedics… landlords need to be held responsible instead of just lining their pockets … I will be contacting local councillors too regarding this .
