Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7385122.

The sand track, which is classified as a boat beside Viewly Farm is now un-usable for all users - foot, cycle and horse, due to very deep ruts caused by off road vehicles using the route. Surface had deteriorated over the last couple of years. On going problem.
