Water continuously running down the road

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7336147.

Water continulously running out of property and running down the road, pooling outside 16 Park road, seems to be more at night and water lying in the morning. Its causing the verges to be very wet and muddy and the pool of water has been very dangerouse when its icey. This has been happening for some time. (Months)
