A Signs or Lines Issue problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7328909.

Can the car park be made more visable to pedestrians and cyclists. The cars come driving out and runners and cyclists dont know the car park is there, they dont stop they just fly across the path and dont stop, and is going to end up very badly hurt.
