Trees at bottom 0f 5 hester gdns too high, unsafe

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7316101.

Trees too high. over 5m tall, large branches breaking off into my property. row of conifers constituting a hedge which is also blocking all sunlight to my back garden. neighbor has said he would get them cut but for over 5 years now has not. i believe this is anti social behaviour and covered in the hedgerows bill 2005
