Overgrown trees and weeds at back of Dorchester Court garages

Trees and weeds have been left to grow at the back of garage block, area is now filled with rubbish and grass cutting teams cannot access area, looks very unsightly as this is the first thing you seen as you enter the village. I also worry that this is damaging the garage walls
