Dog owner deliberately encourages dogs to urinate on private front door step / matt. Dog owner captured on cctv for evidence. This continues to be a serious issue. This is anti social behaviour. This cannot be reported today via fixmystreet under anti social behaviour heading when submitted due to app error failure by council server.
