Stench of amonia from dogs

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7282163.

This is a public right of way from links to credswell but blighted by the stench of ammonia from dog owners on the links end and not cleaning up. It has been like this for weeks. Is it a health hazard.
