Speed limit needs changed

I live on Seaburn View, New Hartley and have done for many years now. The speed limit needs to be changed to a lower speed limit or even consider speed bumps put into the street. There is lots of children that play out on this street and being a mother myself I fear for those children trying to cross the road. So many people speed up and down the street not thinking of the kids playing out on their bikes etc. I’ve witnessed twice now cars speeding when kids are trying to cross the road and some drivers don’t even slow down. They are doing way more than 20mph and it’s really dangerous. I will happily sign a petition for this, if that is an option and I’m sure all the other mothers on this street will too.
