Dangerous Telegraph Pole

A large quantity of the fixing has come out the hole. Previously reported using references 6846397 and 6970694. Somebody has been today and filled the hole with decomposing leaf matter which was lying along the wall edge beside the pole. This is completely unacceptable! This pole is dangerous and should be removed immediately
