Flytipping probably from no 9 or 10 ford park (upstairs end flat)

The upstairs end flat had a new settee delivered on Monday. Next day an old sofa and other items dumped at end of garage. (Number 9 or 10) end flat upstairs. Lots of dog hairs under settee.if the can be matched to their dogs. It's them. Everything they get something delivered an old item ends up at this position
