Street sweeping machine inadequate for area.

This problem has been closed without rectification. Operatives attended today but stayed for 10 minutes and the areas reported as missed by the road sweeper I.e the cul de sacs either end of south ridge and the 2 turning areas have not been cleared. These areas are never cleaned by the council and are full of debris and in the summer heavy with weeds. In the case of the area in front of no18 the road was not finished properly when relaid and is full of soil /mud and weeds grow prolifically. My husband and I end up clearing a lot of the area to keep it tidy because it is so bad in the summer. A proper clean up job and some weed killer would be appreciated to stop these areas returning to chaos
