Regular littering of park and riverside

Budgens store in Wooler has regularly littered the Scott's park and Wooler water riverside with cardboard boxes and paper from its waste cardboard crates outside. In the regular wind the cardboard from these cages gets blown out across the area. Walker's and park user's do regularly pick bits up but it shouldn't be happening! Maybe a warning from the council is required.
