Abandoned car - recently further damaged

A car has been abandoned since January 30th. It has two flat tyres, is full of rubbish inside and is parked in a turning space which is in frequent use. This vehicle was further damaged today, presumably via another vehicle colliding with it when using the turning space. Registration number is FY09NYL.
